Stroh Performance Horses

Ashley has spent her entire life refining her skills and technique in the show pen. In high school she spent summers working for arab trainers and discovered her passion for reiners. She started taking lessons from Guy Vernon and was hooked. From there she went on to work for multiple NRHA Professionals including Ben Balow, Ollie Galligan, and Craig Schmersal. She went on to win the Rookie Professional and Limited Open at the NRHA Derby in Oklahoma City. She has amassed earning in the NRHA, AQHA, NRCHA, and NCHA with her proven and solid training method. She also has been employed as the Stallion Station Manager at Cardinal where she gained respect in the breeding industry managing some of the industry's leading sires including Inferno 66, Dun it for Whizkey, Gunner Dun it Again, and Tricked Out Spook to name a few.
From there, she went on to learn the technical aspects of the breeding business by going to work for Dr. Jerry Longworth of Scottsdale Equine Reproduction Center.
Ashley takes a very precise approach to her training methods. She treats every horse as an individual and finds ways to adapt her methods and techniques to the needs of the individual horse and rider. Her program is not just based around building competitive horses, but competitive teams of horse and rider. Part of why she loves training horses is working with their owners to become the best riders and exhibitors they can be.
